Edward
Holsclaw
Edward Holsclaw has worked in West Virginia State Government
for over twenty (20) years. Three
(3) of which were spent with the West Virginia Development Office,
Fifteen (15) years with the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS)
and currently with the Department of Military Affairs and Public
Safety – Homeland Security State Administrative Agency (SAA).
Edward worked in the
Administrative Division and the
Small
Business
Development
Center
within the West Virginia Development Office.
While working with the Division of Criminal Justice Services,
he served as a Senior Justice Programs Specialist administering
multi-million dollar Federal and State grant programs.
Currently, Edward is the Homeland Security Grant
Specialist/Monitor for the SAA, where he assists in the
administration of grants, as well as monitoring of subgrant
projects.
Edward’s educational
background is in Business Administration.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and
an Associate Degree in Management.
Edward
is a published author of Piece of Mind, Twist of Fate,
Origin: Unknown, Laid to Rest, Tiburon, and
other literary works. He was born in
Charleston
,
West Virginia
, where he has lived most of his life. Edward is married and has
three wonderful children.
