Scott Martin has come on board with the Dept. of Military Affairs and Public Safety Office of the Cabinet Secretary as Grant Monitor for the Homeland Security State Administrative Agency.

Scott comes from a diverse background.  Having worked in the mining industry for 13 years he switched careers and went into the business arena.   After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairmont State College, majoring in accounting and management, he continued his education at West Virginia Wesleyan College to obtain a Master in Business Administration.

Scott’s endeavors have included: health care administration, purchasing, leasing, grant and contract management, and electrical contracting.

During his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing and family time.
